Free Shipping
We offer Free Shipping when you order 2 or more products in one purchase.
For single-product orders, a ₹99 delivery charge will apply.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be packed and dispatched within the timeframe mentioned at checkout.
Delivery Timelines
India-wide delivery: 3–7 business days
(Delivery time may vary depending on your location, weather, and courier load.)
Deliveries are completed between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
A signature or OTP may be required upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, please ensure someone trustworthy (family member, neighbour, colleague, or building security) is available to receive the order.
THE RIZZ is not responsible for items accepted by an alternative recipient.
After Delivery
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the package has been delivered.
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, you must have an unboxing video with the original packaging visible to raise a claim.
This helps us verify the issue and support you quickly.
Claims must be reported on the same day of delivery.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees may vary based on product weight, packaging, and delivery location.
All applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
Order Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t reached you, please contact us within 3 days.
No claims will be accepted after this period.
