At THE RIZZ, we aim to deliver a premium experience with every scent you wear. Our perfumes are crafted, sealed, and packed with care — ensuring you receive them in perfect condition.
As opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
1. Refund Policy
THE RIZZ is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the product.
However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or leaking item, we’re here to assist you.
An unboxing video is mandatory (with the original packaging visible) for any claim related to:

If your package appears tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept it from the delivery partner immediately.
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 3 days of it being marked delivered. No claims will be accepted after this period.
Refunds will exclude delivery charges, as these are non-refundable by our courier partners.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed to the customer’s bank account within 4–7 working days of approval.
Once a refund is initiated, you will receive the transaction ID and confirmation details from THE RIZZ.
Refunds to prepaid accounts may take up to 10 working days to reflect.
2. Return Policy
Since perfumes are hygiene-sensitive and personal-use products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items.
In extreme cases of damage during transit (leakage, broken bottle, or missing item), a refund or replacement may be issued after verification and approval by our support team.
All claims must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can only be made before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of cancellation confirmation.
