Can I return my order if I changed my mind?
We understand, but due to the nature of our products, we are only able to accept returns under specific conditions.
If you request a return for reasons other than confirmed product issues (such as a change of mind, scent preference, or buyer’s remorse),
the following fees will be deducted from your refund:
- Original shipping cost
- Return shipping cost
- Any duties, VAT, or customs fees incurred by us during the original or return shipment
The product must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and the request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
